Design and development of 360-degree inspection systems for TESLA 4680 battery pilot lines. Implemented full high-resolution inspection of the beading neck and can bottom at 300 cans per minute by adding only two cameras (one for the top and one for the bottom).
AI-powered 360° aesthetic inspection of dental implants. Enabling detection of coating defects, scratches, chipping, and other visual issues on inner and outer surfaces. The system provides sub-band tilting feedback to a 6-axis robotic arm for optimal inspection positioning.
360° vial inspection with a single shot. Implemented inspection of drug leakage and enclosure defects using a single camera and a system of reflectors surrounding the vial as it moves toward the packaging area. The system's optimal performance enabled the elimination of manual visual checks.
2.5D pick and place system for packed food bags of 12 different shapes and designs. Integrating a vision system for accurate positioning and sorting. Developed a dual delta robot pick-and-place system enabling the top bags first without requiring actual depth information.
360° vision system for tuna cans. Implemented a 360-degree quality control inspection system for tuna cans enabling comprehensive defect detection and ensuring consistent product quality.
Vision metrology add-on for robotic arm. Developed a super-compact, 90° lens optical path design enabling in-situ inspection of custom-made parts during CNC lathe production. By checking part dimensions before removal from the lathe, the system enables rework at an early stage.
Developed a 6-mirror telecentric inspection system for detecting coating defects, cracks, and other visual issues on screw head outer surfaces. Integrated a secondary back-illumination camera for rule-based profile metrology.
